I hate CARB "low high in protein" diet! I think it is healthy and that the need for carbohydrates and proteins, and is so bad ... But my parents and my doctor wants me to do ... Foods that are low in protein carbohydrates ... So I have cottage cheese, Light 'n Fit yogurt, cigar bars, cheese sticks, soy, nuts, chicken and turkey ... What



And a matter of chance ... Baked chips are in good health? appearently not allowed to eat in any case


We also have cheap food low in carbohydrates than proteins, cuz a lot of money

Tere oh yes, and all foods that are rich in fiber, but low-carb ... I do not believe this, but I need more fiber!

  1. What we need are more vegetables. Eat a low glycemic index diet in our house, which is similar. 50% of what we buy vegetables.
    Broccoli, zucchini, spinach, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, avacados (more expensive), tomatoes, peppers, green beans. They have tons of fiber and very little carbohydrates.

    Oh, and as with any change in eating habits will change as long as you feel comfortable, rather than trying to do everything at once and give up good.

    Snacks, beef jerky, almonds and yoghurt
